Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are required one week in advance of the starting course date (5 working days - i.e. by 8 a.m. on Monday prior to the following Monday start date). Certification courses require 10 working days).  Students failing to cancel a class within this time will be billed for the full price of the course. Qualified substitutions can be made at any time.
