Course Overview:

In today’s world, an organization's commitment to diversity matters to consumers, co-workers, and clients.  This one-day seminar is designed to enable participants to understand the broad range of differences encountered in today’s workplace. The primary goal will be to promote mutual respect through gaining insights regarding the impact of working with people from different cultures, ethnicities, religions, generations, as well as those who are fundamentally different in the areas of values and personalities.  A key focus of the session will be upon learning to adapt to the fact that we now have four generations in the workplace and that this dictates the need for change in a myriad of ways that we lead our organizations.  Dr. Richard Mansfield leads this dynamic seminar and is both entertaining and informative with over 25 years of experience in organizational and professional development!
