Prerequisites:
You should have work
experience in the area of project management and be familiar with general
project-management terms and concepts. Project Management Essentials (or
equivalent knowledge).

through professional certification is becoming the standard to compete in
today's fast-paced and highly technical workplace. This course is designed for
experienced project managers who want to increase their project management
skills, apply a standards-based approach to project management, and prepare for
Project Management Institute, Inc. (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP®)
Certification.
Course Objective:
You will apply the generally recognized practices of project management
acknowledged by the Project Management Institute (PMI) to successfully manage
projects and help prepare for the
PMP®
exam. This course includes a variety
of tools designed to help participants pass the test, including practice tests,
mind maps, memorization techniques, test-taking pointers, tips and techniques
(including diet and behavior tips). Students will spend Friday morning
doing a final review of the material covered in the course, participate in a
final preparatory exercise and take a final practice exam. The course instructor
will be available for individual questions or additional review throughout the
day on Friday.

to simulate the real exam

Certification Promise Details: Participants must take the exam within
14 days of completing the course. Students who do not pass must provide a
copy of their
PMP® Exam score sheet in order to qualify for re-taking the course
and for post-test tutoring. Students returning for a refresher course must
retain and use their original course materials.
Cancellation Policy: Students must cancel or reschedule within
15 business days of the first day of
PMP®
certification courses; otherwise, the
full tuition will be charged for the course.
